The Berry Festival is looking for Food and Market Stallholders on Saturday 14th November 2026.
FOODIES - We are looking to offer a diverse menu for event attendees. Ideally, we are looking for: BBQ Meats, German Sausages, Tacos/Nachos, Asian/Fusion, Burgers, Pizza, desserts/sweets (limited), coffee & anything else delicious
YOU MUST HAVE A SOUTHERN DOWNS REGIONAL COUNCIL FOOD PERMIT OR A MOBILE FOOD PERMIT FROM YOUR LOCAL COUNCIL
MARKET STALLS - The Berry Festival is looking to showcase a diverse variety of artisans, makers and creators offering event attendees high quality produce, preserves, jams, chutneys, vinegar, sauces, honey, brews, cheese, rubs, handmade goods, boutique non-food items & more..
Tupperware, baby & children's clothing and bric-a-brac stalls not accepted

Applications open Jan 2026 and will close October 2026. Successful applications will be notified from June 2026
PAYMENT TERMS
Invoices will be emailed once your site allocation has been made & are due within 7 days. Payments are considered final. No refunds on site cancellations or no-shows
